Refund and Returns (Putters)
We want you to be completely happy with your X-ZYTE putter. If it’s not right for you, here’s how returns work.
Your Right to Return (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order and return your product within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to explain why.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories
- You must notify us of your intention to return the item within the 14-day window
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at contact page within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number
- We’ll confirm your return and provide the return address
- Package the putter securely in its original packaging and send it back to us
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where the item is faulty or was sent in error, in which case we will cover the cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the product shows signs of use beyond what’s reasonable to check its condition, in line with EU consumer protection standards.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your putter arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 2 days of delivery at contact page with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage costs, at no cost to you. This is in addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal above.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different finish or range, please return your original item under the above policy and place a new order.
